Position OverviewThe Vice President of Finance will partner closely with company owners to help lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. This role demands advanced NetSuite ERP expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Springville, Utah. Remote work is not available for this role and prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Key Responsibilities- Help lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP for financial processes, reporting, and integrations.
- Help oversee cost accounting for manufacturing, including BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and margin optimization.
- Help develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Help manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing models, cost reduction, and capital investments.
Qualifications- Extensive hands-on experience in finance leadership roles within a manufacturing environment. (required)
- Prior NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
- Strong background in cost accounting and inventory management specific to manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a growth-oriented company.
- Skilled in analyzing financial data to drive strategic decisions and improve profitability.
- Ability to build and mentor high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Familiarity with GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
