Position Overview

The Vice President of Finance will partner closely with company owners to help lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. This role demands advanced NetSuite ERP expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Springville, Utah. Remote work is not available for this role and prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP for financial processes, reporting, and integrations.
  • Help oversee cost accounting for manufacturing, including BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and margin optimization.
  • Help develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Help manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as pricing models, cost reduction, and capital investments.


Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience in finance leadership roles within a manufacturing environment. (required)
  • Prior NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in cost accounting and inventory management specific to manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a growth-oriented company.
