Hill International is seeking a Vice President in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, coordinating all aspects of program
  • Overall responsibility for managing established scope and budget for projects assuring these assigned project managers and guided and mentored throughout the project
  • Ensures communication between members of a multi-disciplinary project management teams both client and project staff
  • Oversees consultants and contractors involved in capital projects and facilitates strong communication and coordination between these entities
  • Communicates and coordinates project status with staff from affected federal, state, regional and local agencies
  • Regularly communicates project status, milestones and issues with leadership
  • Develops and oversees regular preparation of project status reports, including monthly reports for leadership
  • Ensures project compliance with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and standards
  • First level lead for all consultant and sub-consultant team
  • Responsible for development of staffing plans related to contract


Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Science in Construction Management, Project Management, or Architecture preferred
  • 15+ years of experience as a Program Manager
  • Organizing heavy and complex workloads, establish and adjust priorities, and accomplish objectives within established scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Effective communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive managers, city staff representation, and transit constituencies
  • Using computers and related software applications; intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required
  • Must possess technical and procedural writing skills as well as excellent verbal and presentation skills

The salary range for this position is $270,000-$300,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
