Skills & Experience • 15+ years of progressively responsible commercial and business leadership experience. • Significant leadership experience in a technology solutions or services organization (IT services, managed services, VAR, or systems integration). • Experience leading sales for a $25M–$100M+ business or comparable business unit. • Demonstrated success generating sustained, above-market organic growth. • Experience selling both hardware/software solutions and technology services, including transitioning customers toward recurring-revenue relationships. • Strong understanding of managed-services and recurring-revenue business models. • Experience selling to SMB and lower mid-market organizations. • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts as well as acquire new customers. • Experience building and managing high-performing sales organizations. • Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, sales methodology, compensation, and commercial analytics. • Experience entering and developing new geographic markets. • Strong financial acumen, including gross profit, EBITDA, cash flow, and customer economics. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across sales, operations, service delivery, and finance. • Experience with acquisitions, private-equity-backed organizations, or businesses undergoing transformation is a plus.
