Lead the design and development of solutions to complex application problems relating to numerous websites across multiple business units.
Design and develop customizations for the over-arching Content Platform.
Responsible for enterprise stack relating to marketing and finance.
Responsible for the architecture, design and scalability of the Cloud infrastructure.
Architect the SSO and data collection components of the platform and lead the developers in the build-out.
Architect the MiddleLayer (Client-specific communications/APIs) that supports the Learning Management Platform (LMS).
Leadership role in defining the components of the Data Warehouse and the ongoing architecture of the Data as it comes in to maximize its usage/value.
Collaborate with engineers to design solutions and integrations with other systems, driving adoption of modern processes and development practice.
Collaborate with product and finance teams on project schedules and budgets.
Develop ongoing innovation as we begin to integrate predictive modeling and early AI into products and services to diversify revenue streams.
Mentor other Developers, BI Developers, and Data Architects as they grow in the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
