What you'll buildStart with the client. We want to be able to pull up any Rocket client and see the whole picture: their loan, their home, what they've been looking at, who they've talked to and how it went. Today that can take a few systems and some guesswork. It shouldn't. Then go wider. Plenty of the people who'll need a mortgage in the next few years have never worked with Rocket. We want a book that includes them too, with enough detail to tell when something has changed in their life. Teams across Rocket will build on what you make, so it has to be reliable, easy to use and trusted.
At its core, it comes down to a simple question: would a client expect a homeownership platform to already know this?
