Vice President, Client Processing Manager

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager,to join our Archer Ops team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of transaction processing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing transaction processing frameworks and contributing to the overall business strategy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
