Full Job Description
•• Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the GreatNonprofits' overall strategy • Drive all phases of business development, including research, market analysis, due diligence, and evaluation of partners • Proactively identify key growth areas and evaluate opportunities to build market share. • Develop and manage programs for different buyer audiences, products and services • Manage contract negotiations • Build excellent working relationships at all levels while coordinating integration planning of new businesses Development Management: • Prospect and cultivate relationships with foundation staff and individual donors • Prepare and submit foundation grants and corporate requests Qualifications • Minimum of 5-8 years' sales, marketing or business development experience • Previous experiences in software selling is an advantage • Strong verbal and writing skills to communicate the GreatNonprofits mission to others effectively • Strong public speaking experience • Successful track record of business development, account management and sales strategy • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Prior work or volunteer experience at a nonprofit • Familiarity with fundraising required Additional Information • Compensation: Base plus Bonus with excellent earning potential • Flexibility work schedule • Medical benefits • Professional Development stipend for conferences and courses Videos To Watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLQIti5Djhg
