Role Overview
We’re looking for a revenue-owning VP, Brand Partnerships who knows how to turn relationships into growth.
This is a senior commercial role for a proven relationship-builder and business developer who brings an existing book of CMO, brand, marketing, and executive relationships and knows how to convert those relationships into both new members and sponsorship revenue.
You will own a significant part of PTTOW!’s commercial growth - identifying and acquiring high-value brand members, developing executive relationships, and creating and closing sponsorship and partnership opportunities with some of the world’s most influential companies.
If you already have trusted relationships with CMOs and senior brand leaders, and you’re energized by the opportunity to turn those relationships into revenue, influence, and community, this role is for you.
The Opportunity
As VP, Brand Partnerships, you will be equal parts relationship architect, revenue leader, strategic connector, and cultural insider.
You will:
- Own revenue growth across brand membership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Bring and leverage an existing book of business and relationships with CMOs, presidents, chief marketing officers, brand leaders, and senior executives.
- Acquire new members by identifying, engaging, selling, and integrating high-value brands into the PTTOW! community.
- Sell sponsorships and strategic partnerships, creating compelling opportunities for brands to engage with PTTOW!’s influential executive ecosystem.
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline of the world’s most influential and culturally relevant brands.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives and become a strategic connector within the PTTOW! ecosystem.
- Lead sophisticated, consultative sales conversations that connect PTTOW!’s community, experiences, intelligence, and access to tangible business value.
- Partner closely with the President, SVP, programming, marketing, and experience teams to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional value to members and partners.
- Use data, technology, and AI-enabled systems to increase prospecting efficiency, pipeline visibility, follow-up, and conversion.
- Help shape the evolution of PTTOW!’s membership and commercial strategy as the organization scales.
What You’ll Own
- Brand Membership Acquisition
- You will be responsible for bringing the right brands and executives into the PTTOW! community, from prospect identification and executive outreach through close and successful member integration.
- Sponsorship & Partnership Revenue
- You will identify opportunities for brands to activate within the PTTOW! ecosystem and own the process of developing, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
- Executive Relationships
- You will build and deepen relationships with CMOs, Chief Brand Officers, marketing executives, presidents, and other senior decision-makers at the companies shaping culture and business.
- Pipeline & Performance
- You will own your pipeline, forecast, activity, conversion, and revenue performance, bringing rigor and accountability to a relationship-driven sales organization.
- Community & Cultural Influence
- You will help determine which brands and leaders belong in the room — and create connections that lead to meaningful business, creative, and cultural impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in senior sales, partnerships, business development, media, events, membership, or related commercial roles.
- An established personal network and book of relationships with CMOs, senior brand executives, marketing leaders, and/or decision-makers at major companies.
- A proven track record of personally generating and closing significant revenue, ideally including multi-million-dollar pipelines and high-value partnerships.
- Experience selling complex, high-value offerings where relationships, credibility, and executive access matter.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients or members, grow accounts, and close sponsorship or partnership deals.
- Exceptional executive presence and the ability to build genuine trust quickly with highly accomplished people.
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills — you know how to turn an idea, community, or experience into a compelling business proposition.
- Entrepreneurial energy and the ability to operate with significant autonomy.
- Strong commercial instincts, high EQ, and an ownership mentality.
- A passion for brands, creativity, culture, innovation, and the people shaping what comes next.
How We’ll Measure Success
Success in this role is tangible.
You will be successful when:
- PTTOW! is acquiring more of the world’s most influential brands.
- Brand membership becomes a significant and growing revenue engine.
- Sponsorship revenue grows through new and existing brand relationships.
- Your personal network and relationships translate into measurable pipeline and closed revenue.
- PTTOW! is increasingly viewed by CMOs and senior brand leaders as a must-have community and strategic platform.
- Members and partners see clear value in the relationships, access, intelligence, experiences, and opportunities PTTOW! creates.
Why PTTOW!
This isn’t a traditional sales job.
You won’t be selling a commodity. You’ll be selling access, relationships, influence, community, and the opportunity to shape what comes next.
You’ll sit at the intersection of business, creativity, culture, and innovation, working directly with some of the most influential leaders and brands in the world.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to bring the relationships you’ve spent years building and turn them into something bigger; revenue, influence, community, and lasting cultural impact.
If you have the relationships, the commercial track record, and the ambition to build something exceptional, we want to meet you.
