Vice President, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Client Manager

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Client Manager to join our AML and Client Onboarding team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - (4 days in office).

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead and manage the AML and Client Onboarding team by demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Develop and implement robust AML/KYC policies and procedures by continuously assessing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of clients by overseeing the due diligence process and verifying client information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk assessment frameworks, thereby supporting BNY9s strategic goals.
  • Provide regular training and guidance to team members to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on AML/KYC compliance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
