What do you bring?- 15+ years of progressive leadership in technology infrastructure and services delivery, including at least 7 years in a senior executive leadership role.
- Deep career foundation in Infrastructure and Data Center services, with demonstrated leadership across large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments. Experience should include multiple domains such as data center, compute, storage, networking, security, wireless, SD-WAN, UC, cabling, break/fix, and managed infrastructure services.
- Demonstrated leadership of a large-scale technology services business or portfolio approaching or exceeding $500M annually, with significant P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, and investment accountability. Must have direct P&L experience within a services organization of at least $100M+ annual revenue.
- Proven experience leading and/or scaling delivery organizations of 1,000+ technical practitioners, including combinations of employees, contractors, subcontractors, offshore resources, and partner-delivered capacity.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-discipline enterprise infrastructure engagements across multiple technical service domains and geographies for Fortune 500 or similarly complex customers.
- Demonstrated ability to improve utilization, realization, profitability, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and operational predictability within professional or managed services organizations.
- Deep fluency across at least four relevant technology services domains, with Infrastructure and Data Center forming a significant part of the candidate's career foundation, rather than software, SaaS, public cloud, or Microsoft serving as the primary industry/domain background.
- Experience building scalable delivery operating models, including workforce and capacity planning, PMO/delivery governance, partner and subcontractor leverage, offshore/global delivery, and sales-to-delivery execution.
- Working knowledge of AI and automation in delivery operations, including AIOps, intelligent scheduling, predictive staffing, workflow automation, and/or AI-enabled operational analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, PMI/PMP, DevOps, and modern technology services delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional executive presence with demonstrated ability to lead large organizations, influence senior stakeholders, manage executive escalations, and establish trusted relationships with Fortune 500 executives.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L management, revenue and margin forecasting, capacity economics, scenario modeling, and data-driven investment decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical, operational, and financial information into compelling executive-level narratives.
- Must be based in the United States.
Preferred:- Experience in a senior delivery leadership role at a top-tier technology solutions provider, systems integrator, or managed services organization with a significant Infrastructure and Data Center services portfolio.
- Experience leading large, global or multi-region delivery organizations supporting complex enterprise and Fortune 500 customers.
- Demonstrated experience within a technology services partner ecosystem spanning infrastructure, data center, networking, security, and managed services.
- Familiarity with WWT's strategic partner ecosystem, including Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and other leading infrastructure and technology providers.
- Active or prior certifications in relevant technical and delivery disciplines, such as CCIE, CISSP, PMP, ITIL v4 Managing Professional, or comparable credentials.
- Experience applying AI, automation, and AIOps capabilities to improve infrastructure and services delivery operations.
- MBA or equivalent graduate-level business education preferred.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?The VP of Delivery Services owns the end-to-end delivery of a broad, complex portfolio spanning Network, Security, Microsoft Solutions, Artificial Intelligence, GPU Implementation, Managed Services, Unified Communications, Wireless, SD-WAN, Cabling, and Break/Fix services. This is a high-impact executive role that demands equal parts technical credibility, operational excellence, and executive presence.
- Own the full P&L for the Delivery Services organization, driving revenue realization, margin improvement, and sustainable growth
- Define and execute a multi-year delivery strategy aligned to WWT's growth objectives and market opportunities
- Achieve and sustain zero-defect delivery standards across all service lines through rigorous quality frameworks and continuous improvement
- Maximize engineer and consultant utilization, balancing workforce efficiency with delivery quality and employee wellbeing
- Establish and track KPIs across utilization, realization, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality metrics; act decisively on trends
- Build scalable delivery models, frameworks, and processes that support rapid expansion without sacrificing quality or consistency
