Vice Division Chief, Diagnostic RadiologyBanner MD Anderson Cancer Center Phoenix, ArizonaThe Division of Radiology is actively recruiting a Vice Division Chief to support the leadership and continued growth of our Diagnostic Radiology team at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Phoenix. This role includes a defined split of 0.7 cFTE and 0.3 aFTE, with the aFTE dedicated to administrative leadership responsibilities. The selected candidate will also collaborate with BMDACC leadership and key partners at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
We are seeking applicants with:- Board certification in Radiology
- Excellent clinical training and experience
- Interest in disease site focused practice, with specific disease sites to be determined
- An interest in growing a top tier clinical practice, clinical research, and education
- Commitment to vigorous quality assurance and multidisciplinary care
- Ability and desire to lead and support a growing team and align with the needs of the program
The Vice Division Chief will support the Division Chief with daily physician leadership and operational oversight, development and growth of the diagnostic radiology service line, quality assurance and peer review, physician recruitment, onboarding and retention, clinical scheduling and coverage, physician performance and professional development, research and education, and committee participation.
