- Competitive compensation with greater of production or base salary

In your day-to-day, you will:- Provide advanced specialty care within your area of expertise.
- Partner with hospital leadership to support strategic growth, operational excellence, and clinical quality initiatives.
- Mentor and support veterinarians, interns, technicians, and hospital team members.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on communication, engagement, and continuous learning.
- Participate in hospital development initiatives that enhance patient care and the client experience.
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during complex and emotional medical situations.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.
What You Bring- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Washington veterinary licensure.
- Board Certification or residency training in a veterinary specialty discipline.
- Previous leadership experience is valued but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
- A collaborative leadership style that supports team development and engagement.
- A commitment to exceptional patient care and advancing veterinary medicine.
