ResponsibilitiesWhat Your Days Look Like- Diagnose and treat patients across the full scope of general practice, with in-house diagnostics, radiology, and ultrasound
- Perform surgery on patients
- Manage cases from first exam through recovery, with an experienced support staff that keeps things running so you can focus on medicine
- Build genuine client relationships - explaining conditions clearly, guiding treatment decisions, and earning the kind of trust that keeps a practice thriving
- Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on complex cases - real consultation, not just parallel shifts in the same building
- Prescribe, treat, and vaccinate with the confidence that comes from having the tools and team behind you
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For- DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree, with active licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Comfortable working across general practice - diagnostics, medical management, and surgery - with the confidence to make sound clinical decisions independently
- A communicator clients trust - you can explain a diagnosis clearly, have a hard conversation when needed, and leave an owner feeling heard
- Genuinely collaborative - you enjoy practicing alongside other veterinarians and value a team that pushes each other to be better
- Calm under pressure, decisive when it counts, and honest about what you don't know
- A real fondness for the work - the medicine, the animals, and the people who love them
