Compensation & benefits- Base salary: $110,000-$130,000, depending on experience
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

- 30-minute appointments with time to educate and connect
- Two-doctor days, averaging 20-25 appointments per doctor

The practice- 4 exam rooms + a dedicated comfort room
- Surgery suite with two tables
- Dental wet table
- Digital dental and full-body radiographs
- Ultrasound, endoscope, and therapeutic laser
- IDEXX in-house diagnostics: ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, SNAP Readers, inVue
- No boarding or grooming
