About the Hospital- AAHA accredited small animal practice (dogs & cats)
- Modern, well-equipped facility
- In-house IDEXX laboratory
- Digital radiography (including dental)
- Ultrasound
- Fully equipped surgical suite
- Therapeutic laser therapy
- Mobile specialists (orthopedic surgery and CT)
- On-site grooming
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 - $300,000 depending on experience
- Production-based bonuses
- Signing bonus up to $25,000

The RoleYou will have the autonomy to practice comprehensive medicine while being supported by a highly skilled team. Responsibilities include managing patient care from diagnosis through treatment, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to hospital protocols and best practices. Strong mentorship is available, and both new graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance- Four-day workweek for full-time veterinarians
- Rotating Saturdays with shortened hours
- No after-hours emergencies and no Sundays
- Dedicated lunch breaks
Qualifications- DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program
- ECFVG or PAVE certification accepted
