DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
Active veterinary license in PA or ability to obtain
5+ years of clinical experience, including GP and surgery
Experience in leadership or mentorship roles preferred
Passion for exotic animals and diverse caseloads

Develop and implement clinical protocols and standards
