board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Internist to join our emergency and specialty hospital. This is an opportunity to step into an established Internal Medicine service with an existing client base and dedicated clinical infrastructure, while helping shape its next chapter within a supportive hospital environment and the broader BluePearl network across the Dallas Fort Worth market and Texas!

Schedule & Clinical SupportWe believe a sustainable schedule and strong clinical support are essential to a rewarding career.
- Schedule Flexibility: Work four days per week, with no on-call requirements, with flexibility to choose your preferred days.
- Dedicated technician support: Two technicians to support your Internal Medicine service and help you deliver efficient, high-quality patient care. Our skilled, dedicated technicians are true partners in medicine, allowing you to focus on complex cases, meaningful client relationships, and the clinical work you enjoy most.
- After-hours support: After-hours consultations are generally handled through the Vet2Vet system, an online platform that connects clinicians with DACVECCs and DACVIMs for guidance and support with patient care.
