Practice type: GP + ER
Avg. daily patient volume: Varies by service line, typically steady, diverse caseload
Support staff ratio: 2–3 support team members per doctor
Case mix: Wellness, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, urgent and emergency care
Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house pharmacy and labs
Team culture: Collaborative, organized, mentorship-driven, drama-free, and medically progressive
