Who Are We Looking For?We are looking for a project manager from general contracting or construction management, PMP-certified or comparably credentialed, who has managed budgets and schedules on large, multi-trade commercial projects and can demonstrate this with specifics. You read a construction schedule fluently, you plan labor deliberately, you write the change order before the work happens, and your projects close out on time because you documented them as you went.
You do not need an audiovisual background, and we are not waiting for one. We have the technical expertise in-house. What we cannot teach is the construction discipline: the person who validates the bill of materials before it is ordered, who will not let a subcontractor mobilize without paper, and who tells a client a date is moving before the date arrives.
The ideal candidate comes from general contracting or construction management and has carried named accountability for schedule and budget on large, complex, multi-trade projects. This role requires genuine fluency with construction scheduling, labor planning, and project financials, the judgment to hold general contractors and specialty trades to a sequence, and the documentation discipline to keep a
multi-million-dollar project defensible in writing. Audiovisual experience is not required. General contracting, construction management, and the mechanical, electrical, and specialty trade disciplines are all strong fits.
- 7+ years managing commercial construction projects on the general contractor, construction management, or specialty trade side, with named accountability for schedule and budget rather than coordination support.
- PMP certification, or comparable formal project management credential. We support certification and continued education in this role.
- Demonstrated ownership of project financials: budget baseline, cost tracking, forecasting, change order authorship and negotiation, and reporting against margin.
- Fluency in building and maintaining resource-loaded schedules and Gantt charts, and planning labor allocation across concurrent projects.
- Experience coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trade partners, including compliance, insurance, and safety requirements.
- Documentation discipline visible in how you have actually worked: submittals, change orders, as-builts, and closeout packages.
- Experience leading or developing field leadership personnel such as superintendents, foremen, or project engineers.
- Comfortable in live venue and active construction environments: heights, lifts, load-in windows, and event-day constraints.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to assigned venues.
- In-office in Kaysville, Utah. This position is not remote-eligible.
This position is in-office in Kaysville, Utah, with regular travel to assigned venues.
Why This Role? This is a build, not a maintenance assignment. OneRevel's venue portfolio is growing faster than any other part of the business, and this role is the seat that makes that growth deliverable. You will lead two venue superintendents, work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, and set the standards that every venue project after yours inherits.
You will see your work finished and in use, on a schedule that cannot slip, in buildings people know by name. If you are a project manager who would rather own an outcome than process a workflow, this is a seat with real authority and real visibility.
