Our Enterprise Vendor Management Office department is currently seeking a procurement analyst. This role supports the Enterprise Vendor Management Office, Strategic Sourcing and Third-Party Risk Management functions by providing analytical support for supplier performance, procurement value realization and third-party onboarding and risk review processes.
This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Some departments at our Headquarters offer a hybrid work option that may vary depending on your role and responsibilities.
The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
• provide analytical support to category managers through spend analysis, supplier assessments and market research
• provide analytical support to category managers through benchmarking and business case development
• provide analytical support to category managers through sourcing initiative support and supplier evaluation
• develop and maintain supplier scorecards and KPI dashboards
• develop and maintain SLA, risk and operational performance tracking
• develop reporting for quarterly business reviews and supplier governance meetings
• guide stakeholders through supplier onboarding and third-party risk review processes
• coordinate reviews among procurement, legal, information security, privacy, compliance and enterprise risk teams
• track review progress, communicate milestones and support issue resolution
• build strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide a high-touch customer experience throughout the supplier lifecycle
• identify opportunities to improve procurement, supplier management and third-party risk processes through reporting, automation and workflow enhancements
• support development and maintenance of procurement policies, governance documentation and operational excellence initiatives
Be equipped with:
• strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables and reporting
• experience creating dashboards, scorecards and executive-level reporting
• ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• strong customer service and stakeholder management capabilities
• experience coordinating cross-functional processes involving numerous stakeholders and approval groups
• collaborative approach to working with procurement, finance, legal, risk, compliance, privacy and information security teams
• continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, governance and risk management
Bring education and experience from:
• a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, economics, risk management, data analytics, insurance or a related field
• experience in procurement, supplier management, vendor management, third-party risk management, business analysis, supply chain or related disciplines
• familiarity with procurement, sourcing, contract lifecycle management or supplier management platforms such as Zip, Coupa, GEP, SAP, Oracle or Workday (preferred)
• experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Alteryx (preferred)
• professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
