Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Degree or experience in Forestry, Arboriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Leadership experience, familiar with PG&E contractor work practices (preferred).
• Experience with emergency response or hazard tree removal (preferred).
• ISA Certified Arborist (preferred).
• Strong plant identification and invasive species knowledge.
• Excellent communication and independent work skills.
• Ability to work in rugged terrain and varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead vegetation management operations and contractor performance.
• Solve complex problems independently and develop new process improvement approaches.
• Coordinate and support vegetation management activities, including scheduling and monitoring.
• Clarify expectations and program directions for contractor employees.
• Assist with customer interactions, including complaints and access issues.
• Support agency meetings and project management tasks.
• Perform database analysis to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure safety practices are followed on-site and report equipment conditions.
