Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- The Veeva Vault Architect will lead Functional/technical requirements sessions, architect & document technical solutions, and build on the vault platform.
- Champion scalable and out-of-the-box solution design principles in Veeva Vault
- Hands on experience in Veeva like workflows, UI Layout, domain-based functionalities, and securities per industry best practices
- Be a credible subject matter expert in commercial content lifecycle related business processes
- Design & develop interfaces with Veeva Vault.
- Translate business requirements into well designed solutions that best leverage the platforms
- Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing the project from business requirements gathering through deployment
- Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the business objectives
- Lead the technical delivery of Veeva vault implementations including development of solutions and integrations, managing technical scope and business expectations
- Keep abreast with industry best practices and new trends
- Research and design solution implementation options
- Demonstrate technical thought leadership
- Be comfortable with modern SDLC best practices including iterative and incremental development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence
- Acts as a liaison between the Business teams and internal development staff and is responsible for leading the team during all phases of the project's lifecycle.
QualificationsQualifications:- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
- 6+ Years experience in building Veeva Vault products based on industry best practices
- Experience with Veeva Vault Admin functionalities
- Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills
Desired Skills/Experience:- Veeva Vault Certification is preferred
- Experience in Healthcare or Medtech domain with related compliance expertise is an added advantage
- Experience in Veeva PromoMats or related products is preferred
