You Are:An experienced Life Sciences consulting leader who combines commercial content expertise, technology strategy, solution architecture, program delivery, and executive client leadership. You understand the end-to-end content ecosystem and can turn complex business needs into scalable solutions that improve speed, reuse, compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
The Work:- Advise senior clients: Lead executive workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, investment decisions, and relationship expansion across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations.
- Transform the content supply chain: Define strategies spanning planning and briefing, modular authoring, DAM, claims, MLR review, content management, omnichannel distribution, and performance measurement.
- Modernize technology: Design integrated architectures that connect Veeva Vault PromoMats, Vault Medical/MedComms, Veeva CRM or Vault CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, authoring, workflow, CRM, web, marketing automation, data, and analytics platforms.
- Shape AI-enabled solutions: Apply generative AI and agentic workflows to planning, briefing, authoring, tagging, quality assurance, MLR preparation, reuse, analytics, and marketer workflows.
- Lead global delivery: Direct complex programs from strategy and design through implementation and transition, including integration, content and data migration, governance, risk, change, training, adoption, security, quality, and compliance.
- Build high-performing teams: Lead multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams across business, architecture, engineering, platforms, data, integration, and change management.
- Grow the practice: Shape opportunities, proposals, RFP responses, estimates, staffing models, offerings, accelerators, reference architectures, and thought leadership.
- Develop the ecosystem: Build alliance relationships, support joint go-to-market efforts, collaborate across strategy, technology, operations, data/AI, and creative teams, and mentor future Life Sciences leaders.
Here's What You Need - Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including substantial Life Sciences consulting, commercial operations, technology, or digital transformation experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations.
- Minimum of 5years of strong knowledge of the commercial content lifecycle, content supply chain, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager, DAM, CRM, digital authoring, workflow, or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Minimum of 8 years of leading solution architecture across integrated platforms and manage large, multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing executive communication, client relationship, proposal, RFP, opportunity-shaping, and business development skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 8 years work experience
Bonus Points If - Deep experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Vault Medical/MedComms, Veeva CRM, and/or Vault CRM.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, enterprise DAM, modular content, omnichannel marketing, claims management, and MLR transformation.
- Experience designing integrations across content, CRM, marketing, data, analytics, and engagement ecosystems.
- Experience delivering global platforms across markets and business units, including large-scale content and data migrations.
- Knowledge of generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows for commercial marketing or content operations.
- Experience developing consulting offerings, practices, Centers of Excellence, or technology capability groups.
