Position Summary...
The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role involves leading the planning, monitoring, and execution of medium-complexity technology programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in risk assessment, resource estimation, and execution and monitoring to drive successful project delivery. The role demands strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus. The incumbent will support technology strategy by translating business needs into actionable solutions, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining operational excellence within a dynamic environment.

What you'll do...
  • Own strategic initiatives and work with a passionate team of Product and Engineering Leaders to deliver outcomes
  • Deliver highly visible, high-impact programs.
  • Own and drive stakeholder engagements for the quarterly planning process, KPI definition, executive updates, and agile practices
  • Define and execute plans for priority initiatives and product enhancement in an agile environment
  • Lead your team to continue building structure and rigor in our practices, build mastery in our program management craft, and inspire creativity and innovation
  • Positively impact our Program Team and you will help achieve greater effectiveness, build deeper partnership, and do so with excitement and enthusiasm


What you'll bring:

  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts that enhance developer productivity and measurement of developer productivity gains.
  • Working knowledge in product development concepts: DevOps Infrastructure, CI/CD Tools, Cloud platforms
  • Experience using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication skills as well as the ability to influence key decision makers including internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment and work well with ambiguity
  • Comfortable presenting to and persuading at Director and Vice President levels
  • Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment

Sunnyvale, California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30095: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
