Position Summary...

What you'll do...
The Senior Manager, Program Management - Seller Defect Reduction, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives related to reducing friction in the Market seller experience. This role involves building scalable systems and driving cross-functional collaboration to identify, triage, and remove friction and obstacles impacting Walmart's Sellers. The position also focuses on developing team capabilities through coaching and mentoring while promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering effective communication with stakeholders at multiple levels from (Manager to SVP), the Senior Manager advances process improvements and supports organizational objectives to enhance overall business performance and customer experience.

What you'll do:
  • Scale and lead rapid defect reduction program
  • Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
  • Develop and communicate program strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Supervise and mentor associates, fostering team development through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program performance, recommending adjustments, and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve critical issues, support decision-making, and enhance customer experience.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11663 | Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
