What you'll do...The Product Marketing team develops clear, differentiated strategies that translate product capabilities into customer value. This role focuses on accelerating WatchFree+ adoption and engagement by leveraging consumer and market research and translating platform capabilities into clear consumer value. The team collaborates across functions to support product roadmap decisions and strategies and inform GTM for successful execution. Members utilize data-driven insights and effective communication to influence the product roadmap and develop strategies that enhance product awareness and directly impact business goals. The team is committed to delivering impactful marketing programs that support organizational goals and foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:- Lead cross-functional discussions to influence stakeholders and align product marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze data to inform product roadmap decisions, positioning and segmentation.
- Develop and oversee marketing plans, ensuring effective communication of product value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver product training and demonstrations.
- Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions and enhancements.
- Provide clear, data-driven presentations to support decision-making and drive product adoption.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in market research methodologies and the ability to analyze and report on market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with experience building and maintaining effective partnerships across business units.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product marketing initiatives, including product lifecycle management and market segmentation.
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing communications and materials aligned with key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication skills to influence leadership and present clear, data-driven narratives.
- If located in NY this role would require travel to LA once a month.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
