Role summary:

The Senior Manager, eCommerce Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The role leads financial analysis, data-driven insights, business case development, and decision support through performance evaluation, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and clear, actionable recommendations.

The Senior Manager is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership within aligned priorities, structure ambiguous business questions, identify key performance drivers, surface risks and opportunities early, and bring forward fact-based points of view to support business strategy and leadership decisions.
What you'll do:
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting transparency and address financial variances.
  • Develop and present complex financial models and business cases to senior management.
  • Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring performance.
  • Translate financial and operational performance into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and decision options.
  • Lead assigned workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering a high-performing team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
