What you'll do...
Role summary:

As the Principal, Technology Operations - Customer Growth Strategy, you will define and drive strategies to grow Walmart's cross-border commerce programs by working backwards from customer needs. You will identify and address opportunities across program awareness, visibility, discovery, traffic, conversion, and engagement to accelerate customer adoption and growth. Partnering with ECM/GTM, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and international teams, you will develop strategies and plans to strengthen Walmart Exports in existing markets while building repeatable customer growth playbooks for future expansion. This role requires strong strategic thinking, customer obsession, analytical rigor, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across teams and markets.
What you'll do:
  • Own the customer growth strategy across awareness, discovery, traffic, conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with ECM/GTM, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and market teams to translate growth opportunities into executable plans.
  • Use customer behavior, funnel performance, market insights, and experimentation to identify friction and prioritize investments.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen awareness, adoption, and growth in existing markets.
  • Build scalable customer growth to support new-country expansion.
  • Identify opportunities across Walmart-owned and external customer touchpoints to improve program visibility and discovery.
  • Establish goals and measurement frameworks to evaluate impact and continuously optimize growth initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience influencing decisions across Product, Analytics, Marketing, and business teams.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
