About the team: The team addresses complex business and technical challenges within Growth Tech by utilizing advanced AI coding agents throughout planning, design, implementation, testing, and operations. They establish standards for scalable, reliable, and secure production systems at the convergence of software engineering, data, and AI. Delivering valuable insights to suppliers and merchants, the team develops platforms for intelligent automation, including agent orchestration and customer-facing AI solutions. Emphasizing rapid iteration and adaptive systems that learn from usage, the team promotes collaboration and continuous improvement to drive innovation in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do: - Lead platform engineering efforts by delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing capabilities.
- Architect and integrate intelligent AI-enhanced applications using cloud-native principles and model-driven design.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing architectural standards and promoting engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, measure success metrics, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Foster continuous improvement by adopting innovative tools and practices to enhance system performance and reliability.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.
- Proven ability to drive full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Expertise in designing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
- Strong technical judgment with a focus on architectural decision-making and long-term system evolution.
- Proficiency in AI agents, model-driven design, and cloud computing architecture.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team technical standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
