Position Summary...
The Principal Software Engineer, Information Security, leads the design and implementation of secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex security challenges, driving technical excellence, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position requires expertise in coding, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality, maintainable products. The engineer will guide development practices, oversee testing and defect management, and promote continuous improvement to safeguard information assets while supporting organizational goals.

What you'll do...
  • Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements and security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, influence technical outcomes, and communicate shared goals effectively.
  • Guide coding practices, frameworks, and tools to ensure maintainability, high availability, and compliance with security protocols.
  • Drive automation of repetitive tasks within CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Oversee testing strategies, defect management, and root cause analysis to maintain software quality and security.
  • Monitor application performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on telemetry and analytics.


What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong focus on information security and scalable solution design.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Python and familiarity with frameworks and platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
