As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead product strategy across multiple related products, driving organization-wide decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights. This role requires shaping complex customer solutions, defining long-term product vision, and managing comprehensive roadmaps to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution. You will influence senior stakeholders, promote best practices, and foster innovation while guiding cross-functional teams. Your leadership will advance product management discipline and deliver measurable business impact by leveraging analytics, customer insights, and emerging technologies to optimize product value and growth.
About the team:

The Walmart Inventory Planning Capabilities Product Management team develops advanced planning and forecasting solutions using machine learning and statistical modeling. This team oversees the inventory planning ecosystem across omni-channel networks, focusing on forecasting, inventory placement, targets, and item lifecycle management. By optimizing inventory positioning and safety stock, the team enhances operational efficiency. Members demonstrate strong ownership, data-driven decision making, and collaborate closely with engineering and business partners. They lead product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement to support Walmart's merchandising operations and drive impactful results.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
