Role summary: The Principal Product Manager, B2B Commerce leads product strategy across Walmart's B2B commerce portfolio, driving decisions through deep domain expertise and data-driven insights. This senior individual contributor owns complex customer challenges spanning front-end discovery, checkout, fulfillment technology, last-mile delivery, and returns - shaping long-term vision while influencing senior stakeholders. The role involves managing comprehensive product roadmaps, embedding AI at the heart of B2B commerce, and delivering measurable value across the portfolio. This is a high-visibility role with broad scope and real impact on how millions of business customers experience Walmart.
What you'll do: - Shape product strategy across our B2B commerce portfolio using deep domain expertise and data-driven insights
- Define and prioritize complex customer problems, managing roadmaps from discovery through scaled launch
- Build front-end customer experiences across shopping, discovery, checkout, and account management for business buyers
- Embed AI and machine learning capabilities - intelligent routing, personalized recommendations, delivery promise, and demand forecasting
- Advance fulfillment, returns, and order orchestration to deliver speed and reliability at scale
- Establish success metrics, run experiments, and influence enterprise prioritization through customer insights and opportunity sizing
What you'll bring: - 8+ years of product management experience with a strong eCommerce and B2B foundation
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI and machine learning-powered products in production at scale
- Breadth across the commerce stack - customer-facing experiences and operational platforms including fulfillment and returns
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-area roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams through scaled launch
- Strong data fluency - experimentation, advanced analytics, and opportunity sizing to drive confident decisions
- Deep stakeholder management and enterprise-level influence across technical and business functions
- Excellent communication skills - able to synthesize complexity into compelling narratives for senior leadership

Sunnyvale, California US-11349: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
