Role summary:

The Principal, Product Strategy drives AI-powered product strategy initiatives by identifying, prioritizing, and building high-impact use cases through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, thoughtful prioritization, and clear tradeoff decisions across multiple related product areas.
AI Builder - This role requires a strong builder mindset, leveraging tools such as Wibey, Code Puppy, OpenAI, and other AI solutions to design and build capabilities that drive impactful outcomes.
The Principal shapes long-term product vision by influencing senior stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams, advancing innovation and operational excellence, and fostering a culture of rigorous analysis, experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.
What you'll do:

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
