Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The (USA) CRM Project Manager will lead the expansion of CRM capabilities across international marketplaces by driving scalable, compliant, and standardized communication strategies. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional CRM initiatives, ensuring data hygiene, governance, and system integrity across global platforms while supporting market-specific business requirements. The position partners with Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and regional business teams to ensure all mass communications adhere to GDPR and other applicable global data privacy regulations. Success in this role requires strong program management, stakeholder leadership, and expertise in CRM platforms, data quality, and international privacy compliance.
What you'll do: - Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources.
- Create and execute communication plans detailing status updates and minimizing change impacts.
- Manage multiple projects by developing schedules, monitoring budgets, and aligning project requirements to achieve objectives.
- Identify and escalate project changes, ensuring adherence to project management standards and continuous improvement.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and performance.
- Promote ethical standards and compliance with company policies throughout project execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
