Role summary:

The (USA) Manager, Advanced Analytics delivers data-driven insights that support strategic business objectives. This role partners with leadership to identify key challenges, develop analytical models, and provide actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making. The manager oversees project execution, mentors team members, and collaborates cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions. By applying advanced analytics and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, this position ensures alignment with organizational goals while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence across business areas.
What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges.
  • Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
