By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the Director provides actionable insights to support talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement. The position champions continuous learning, operational excellence, and strong partnerships to enhance associate engagement and business outcomes within a dynamic and evolving environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
