Responsibilities include:- Business development: identify, negotiate and conclude the sale of technical services to major industrial and technology companies.
- Recruitment and team management: Develop and build the loyalty of a team of consultants already working on various technical issues for our customers.
- Financial management: Manage your profit centre strategically
ProfilMinimum/Essential Skills/QualificationsEligibility:- Minimim 12 months' successful experience within the ALTEN Group
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2)
- Desire to develop leadership skills and strategic vision
- Goal-Oriented and comfortable with changing market conditions or strategies
- Can-do attitude
