Advanced Practice Provider - Urogynecology & Pelvic Surgery (Arnot Health)

Arnot Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery practice. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a fellowship-trained, board-certified urogynecologist, as we build a premier pelvic floor center serving women across the Twin Tiers region.

Role Summary

The APP will work full-time in a supportive outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders and gynecologic conditions. Prior urogynecology experience is welcome but not required-extensive training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage conditions including urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent UTIs, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, endometriosis, and vulvar/vaginal disorders
  • Conduct new patient and follow-up visits
  • Provide postoperative care and patient education
  • Review labs and imaging; coordinate care with referring providers
  • Participate in quality improvement and assist with triage
  • Train to independently perform and interpret urodynamic studies under the supervision of our physician
