Undersea Warfare SME The Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Undersea Warfare (USW) Subject Matter Expert with strong operational sonar expertise to join our team supporting the Navy. You'll bring your senior-level operational USW experience, warfare qualification, formal test and evaluation training, and proven program management aptitude to the role. You Have: • 10+ years or experience as a senior USW practitioner including as a Submarine-qualified officer, Senior Sonar Technician Submarine - Submarine Qualified (STS(SS)), SWO ASW Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI), or MTS/IUSS Watch Supervisor or Tactical Coordinator • 3+ years of experience with Navy Test & Evaluation (T&E) • Experience with operational warfare including ASW • Ability to work proactively and independently • Top Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: • Experience with the PACOM AOR • Experience supporting Navy acquisition program offices, SETA roles, or test and evaluation environments • Experience with Navy acoustic systems, operational employment, and system performance analysis • Experience with Navy RDT&E and prototype activities • TS/SCI clearance • Master's degree • PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
