Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, planning, and optimization of completions for unconventional wells, ensuring alignment with geological and reservoir objectives
- Provide technical leadership to deliver wells safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate closely with drilling, subsurface, operations, and external teams to support multi-well development programs and innovation initiatives
- Develop detailed completions engineering designs and oversee all phases of well planning and execution
- Support field operations through surveillance, troubleshooting, and implementing continuous improvement strategies
- Evaluate and incorporate new technologies, providing technical support to ensure operational excellence and safety
Required Skills:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 10+ years of professional experience in unconventional well completions design, equipment, and operations
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and best practices
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across disciplines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools
- Fluent in English, with excellent technical and business communication skills
