Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed attorney to serve as a strategic advisor on U.S. regulatory matters with an emphasis on export controls, as well as other current and future regulations that impact cross-border capital flows (e.g. Outbound Investment Rule) and connected ecosystem integrity (e.g. Connected Vehicle Rule). In this highly visible role, you will parter with senior leadership to proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risks, and support the company's business objectives in the rapidly evolving technology and semiconductor landscape. This role requires expertise in U.S. trade controls and the ability to anticipate and navigate emerging regulatory frameworks impacting technology and semiconductor operations worldwide.
