Role Description
We are seeking a Manager to join our U.S. Healthcare Services practice. This individual will play a key role in leading client engagements, developing teams, and helping grow a high-demand practice area. The ideal candidate brings healthcare services strategy consulting experience, strong client presence, and the ability to manage complex growth strategy, commercial strategy, diligence, and transaction support work.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple project teams and client relationships expertly and efficiently to execute consulting engagements
Work directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, manage team responsibilities, and maintain the timeline
Structure complex growth, commercial, and transaction-related problems into clear workstreams and provide thought leadership to guide project execution

Additional Information
The base salary at the Manager level starts at $241,500 annually. L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus and profit sharing
