8-12+ years of progressive leadership in commercial or industrial construction project management
Track record of delivering large-scale, complex, multi-million-dollar projects
Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, contracts, scheduling, cost controls, and risk management
Ability to handle multiple projects and lead diverse teams
Experience managing senior-level stakeholders and external consultants
Proficiency in project controls and management tools like MS Project and Procore
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Canada
Responsibilities
Lead large-scale data centre and commercial construction projects from planning to handover
Be the primary executive responsible for project performance and risk management
Collaborate with the President on project strategy and governance
Maintain relationships with stakeholders such as owners, consultants, and contractors
Oversee feasibility analysis, budgeting, procurement, and schedule development
Direct design development and ensure system integration from concept to construction
Act as Owner's Representative and monitor schedule, cost, quality, and safety during construction
Manage budgets, contracts, change requests, and claims resolution
Provide executive-level updates on project status and align teams throughout the lifecycle
Lead commissioning, resolve deficiencies, and ensure complete final documentation

Reporting directly to the President, this role leads multiple concurrent projects and ensures delivery excellence across scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk, while aligning internal and external stakeholders.
