Job Title: TRIRIGA Project Manager

Location: Remote, USA

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
  • The TRIRIGA Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end TRIRIGA implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.
  • This role requires a blend of project management expertise, functional knowledge of TRIRIGA modules (Lease Administration, Space Management, Capital Projects, etc.), and strong client engagement skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing TRIRIGA or IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) projects in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end TRIRIGA implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
  • Oversee project planning, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and ensure functional/technical alignment between business needs and TRIRIGA capabilities.

Required Qualifications
  1. 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 5+ years in IWMS/IBM TRIRIGA projects.
  2. Strong expertise in TRIRIGA functional modules such as Lease Administration, Space Management, Operations & Maintenance, Capital Projects, and Energy Management.
  3. Proven experience in TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and enterprise deployments.
  4. Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  5. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage executives and technical teams.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  7. PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification preferred.
  8. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing global TRIRIGA implementations across multiple geographies.
  • Exposure to TRIRIGA integrations with ERP, GIS, or IoT systems.
  • Knowledge of MAS (Maximo Application Suite) or IBM Watson AI solutions for enterprise asset management is a plus.
