About the RoleAs Treasury Manager at Fluidstack, you will own the company's global cash and liquidity operations, ensuring we have the financial infrastructure to scale at pace with our ambitions. You'll work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations leadership to manage banking relationships, optimize working capital, and build the treasury function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to help finance the future of AI infrastructure.
Basic Qualifications:- Experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related function, ideally within a high-growth tech or infrastructure company
- Proven experience managing cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank relationship management
- Strong understanding of FX risk management and multi-currency operations
- Experience working with ERP systems and treasury management systems (TMS)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA designation
- Experience building or scaling a treasury function at a startup or scale-up
- Familiarity with international payments, cross-border transactions, and intercompany funding structures
- Prior exposure to capital markets, debt facilities, or venture/growth-stage financing

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
