About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Treasurer who is equal parts strategist and operator - someone who can architect a capital structure fit for a high-growth, pre-IPO company while simultaneously running the day-to-day treasury function with precision and discipline. This is a rare opportunity to shape how Wonder accesses capital, manages risk and positions itself to be a successful public company.

This role reports directly to the CFO and will be integral in financial decisionmaking. You will thrive here if you are energized by ambiguity, excited by complexity, and driven to build infrastructure from the ground up.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO and executive team on capital structure decisions, including equity raises and debt financing
  • Lead the execution of capital markets transactions - from diligence through close - working closely with investment banks, counsel, and ratings agencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, credit investors, and capital markets counterparties
  • Build and own our long-range cash forecast that informs fundraising timing and structure
  • Support IPO readiness from a treasury perspective
  • Manage liquidity, including daily cash positioning, cash concentration and forecasting
  • Own and optimize banking relationships
  • Design and enforce treasury policies
  • Lead the selection and implementation of TMS as we scale
  • Partner with Controllership on month-end close, debt covenant compliance, and cash flow reporting
  • Collaborate with FP&A on cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization
  • Support Board reporting with liquidity and risk analysis
  • Partner with corporate development and leadership team on acquisition diligence and transaction structuring

What You Bring to the Table
  • 15+ years of progressive corporate treasury, corporate finance, or investment banking experience, with at least 7+ years managing enterprise-wide treasury teams at a large-scale, high-growth business.
  • Proven track record leading multi-billion-dollar capital structures, including public or private market financings, asset-backed securitizations, complex credit syndicates, equipment leasing, and M&A integration financing.
  • Public Readiness & Governance (IPO / Institutional Operations): Deep experience structuring financial controls, SOX compliance, institutional rating agency presentations, and board-level risk reporting for a publicly traded company or a late-stage tech/consumer platform.
  • Demonstrated expertise overseeing complex, multi-entity cash management networks, merchant acquiring/processing systems, working capital optimization, and supply chain/lease financing across physical real estate and digital channels.
  • Track record acting as a trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO, Board of Directors, and institutional investor base, translating complex capital allocation choices into strategic business roadmaps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related field required.
