Schedule Flexibility

  • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  • 3 weeks on / 1 week off

Have a preference we haven't listed? Tell us. We'll work around your schedule where we can.

Medical Autonomy

There is no protocol binder. No corporate override. CareVet provides guidance, clinical support, and access to network-level outcomes data - but you are the doctor. Your treatment decisions are yours, made in partnership with your patients and clients.

We've built something bigger than a group of hospitals. CareVet is becoming a leader in clinical outcomes across veterinary medicine - tracking and sharing real patient data across our network so our DVMs can make better decisions and elevate standards of care industry-wide. Your work here matters beyond the exam room.

The Team You'll Join

93% DVM retention across our network. That means you'll walk into hospitals where people know each other, trust each other, and have built real clinical rhythms together. Long-tenured vets and vet techs who are invested in each other's success - and yours.
