Having clean room experience is a big plus! The ideal candidate will be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and willing to travel to job sites as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, problem-solving on the go, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and communication wherever the work takes them.
What You'll Do- Manage all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout on assigned projects.
- Travel to project sites throughout Texas and nearby states, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project schedules, budgets, and safety goals.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite while fostering teamwork and clear communication.
- Review drawings and specifications, identify issues early, and implement proactive solutions.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor field teams to deliver high-quality results and a positive work environment.
- Provide regular progress updates and maintain accurate jobsite documentation.
What You'll Bring- Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to new project environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Dedication to maintaining jobsite safety and project quality.
- Clean room or advanced manufacturing experience is preferred.
- OSHA 30 and other safety certifications are a plus.
