We're seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial projects across multiple locations. Having clean room experience is a big plus! The ideal candidate will be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and willing to travel to job sites as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, problem-solving on the go, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and communication wherever the work takes them.
What You'll Do
  • Manage all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout on assigned projects.
  • Travel to project sites throughout Texas and nearby states, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project schedules, budgets, and safety goals.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite while fostering teamwork and clear communication.
  • Review drawings and specifications, identify issues early, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor field teams to deliver high-quality results and a positive work environment.
  • Provide regular progress updates and maintain accurate jobsite documentation.
