ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated Traveling Assistant Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. As an Assistant Superintendent ,you will lead site activities from start to finish. You will play a key role in executing interior buildouts, structural framing, finish carpentry, and specialty installations. You will be responsible for supervising self-perform crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and collaborating closely with project managers to deliver exceptional projects that reflect ARCO/Murray's commitment to excellence. A Day in the Life: • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks from start to completion • Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation • Regional travel to projects to be on-site as needed • Ensure that projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and worker safety • Identify and resolve construction-related problems efficiently • Advanced proficiency in tool usage and safety practices Necessary Qualifications: • Valid driver's license • High school diploma or equivalent • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role on-site for ground up or large scale renovation projects in commercial or industrial construction • Strong mathematical skills for measurements & calculations • Ability to lift 50+ pounds & work in various weather conditions • Ability to travel as needed • OSHA construction safety certification preferred • Ability to read & interpret construction plans & blueprints • Excellent teamwork & communication skills. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
