Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Full-time Outpatient Clinic Region: Oklahoma

This opportunity supports our outpatient teams in the Oklahoma market and across our growing network. Assignments are typically 13 weeks, although length may vary based on business needs. Travelers choose from currently available assignments, with future opportunities to work across H2 Health regions and states.

Our outpatient Physical Therapists treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Depending on the assignment, you may also gain experience in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion care, prosthetic rehabilitation, and other outpatient specialties.

Your Role:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
  • Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports-related conditions
  • Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams
  • Document care accurately and provide consistent, patient-centered care throughout each assignment


Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as required for future assignments
  • CPR certification, as applicable
  • Ability and willingness to travel to available H2 Health assignments based on business needs
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
